but we do have some of Oscar, Grandma and Bryce. We had our Easter supper yesterday at Auntie Shelly's and enjoyed Turkey, jello green salad, potatoes & gravy, stuffing, buns and peas & carrots....Yum!! We were so stuffed that we really didn't eat dessert. Good old Grandma brought chocolate "treats" for all of us to enjoy....but no Easter egg hunt this year!! Kids are too "mature" for that. Oh well, we all had a good visit and Darrin was able to "fix" Auntie Shelly's toilet (for now). WE did however miss our nephew Trevor as he is still in Ireland....He usually reminds us not to eat all the stuffing. Also, Grandpa de. wasn't able to come as he is still very weak from the flu. This of course is a concern for us, as by now he should be feeling stronger. We need to keep him in our prayers....BRYCE has a new job working at Alberta Traffic Supply........he really needed this job as he has debts to pay off. He is still going to school and as it stands right now; English and Bible are his only classes. Anyways, today it's snowing and on the weekend we were enjoying the sunshine and "puttering" around the yard and arranging the patio furniture on our deck........anticipating warmer days ahead. What a blow to our optimism!!

ReplyDeletehe should enjoy that one, I tried calling earlier today but no one was home. I was going to see if you wanted to go for coffee tomorrow, I have thursday's off and as far as i know the only real chore that needs to be done tomorrow is dishes and physio at 1:30pm
